Your information is used exclusively for: FPO membership management, government scheme facilitation (PM-Kisan, PMFBY, etc.), product transactions and payments, sending important updates via SMS/WhatsApp, and compliance with Companies Act 2013 and FPO regulations. 3. Data Security

All member data is stored securely in our management system. Physical records are kept in locked FPO office. Access is restricted to authorized FPO directors and staff only. We comply with all applicable data protection regulations.

Member Policy

Membership Rules & Rights | Mayala Crop Producer Company Limited

1. Eligibility for Membership

Any farmer residing in Alirajpur district with active agricultural land can become a member. Both male and female farmers are welcome. Minimum share purchase of ₹1,000 (100 shares at ₹10 face value) is required for Standard membership.

2. Member Categories & Share Capital

  • Male Standard: ₹1,000–₹2,000 (100–200 shares)
  • Male Premium: ₹2,001–₹5,000 (Board approval required)
  • Female Standard: ₹1,000–₹2,000 (100–200 shares)
  • Female Premium: ₹2,001–₹3,000 (Board approval required)

3. Member Rights

  • Vote in Annual General Meetings (AGM)
  • Receive dividend on profits (as declared by Board)
  • Access subsidized seeds, fertilizers and pesticides
  • Priority access to government schemes and subsidies
  • Free agricultural training and workshops
  • Market linkage and MSP-guaranteed produce purchase
  • Kisan Credit Card facilitation

4. Member Obligations

  • Attend Annual General Meeting (AGM) annually
  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Sell minimum agreed quantity of produce through FPO
  • Maintain quality standards as prescribed by FPO
  • Inform FPO of any change in contact/land details
  • Not engage in activities that harm FPO's reputation

5. Membership Termination

Membership can be voluntarily surrendered with 30 days written notice. Share capital will be refunded as per FPO financial position and Board decision. Misconduct or non-compliance may result in membership cancellation by Board resolution. Decision of the Board of Directors shall be final.

6. Grievance Redressal

Any member with a grievance may submit a written complaint to the CEO. The Board of Directors will review and respond within 30 days. Unresolved disputes will be handled as per Companies Act 2013 and applicable FPO regulations.

Product Policy

Quality Standards, Orders & Returns | Mayala Crop Producer Company Limited

1. Product Quality Standards

All products from Mayala FPO meet the following standards: Fresh produce is harvested and dispatched on the same day. Processed products are FSSAI compliant. Grains and pulses are cleaned, graded and free from adulteration. Mushrooms are grown in hygienic conditions without chemical preservatives.

2. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed via: WhatsApp (+91 96170 93276), Phone call, or visiting our office. Minimum order quantity applies for bulk/wholesale orders. Processed products (Moringa powder, dried mushroom, pulp) require advance ordering with minimum 3–7 days lead time. Seasonal products are available as per harvest schedule.

3. Pricing Policy

Prices are based on current MSP rates, market rates, and FPO cost of production. Member farmers receive preferential pricing on inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides). Bulk buyers receive negotiated pricing. Prices may vary with season and market conditions. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Products are available for pickup at our office (Village Laxmani, Alirajpur) during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9AM–6PM). Local delivery within Alirajpur district available for bulk orders (minimum ₹2,000). Transport charges apply for outstation delivery. Delivery timelines will be communicated at time of order confirmation.

5. Returns & Complaints

Quality complaints must be raised within 24 hours of receiving fresh produce, or within 7 days for processed/dry products. We will investigate and provide replacement or refund as appropriate. 6. Payment Terms

Payment accepted via: Cash, UPI (PhonePe/GPay/Paytm), Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS). Full payment required before dispatch for new buyers. Regular bulk buyers may avail credit terms (15–30 days) subject to Board approval. FPO Bank Account details provided at time of order. GST invoice provided for all commercial transactions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

As per Consumer Protection Act 2019 | Mayala Crop Producer Company Limited

1. Order Cancellation — Products

  • Before dispatch: 100% cancellation allowed — full refund within 3 working days
  • After dispatch (fresh produce): Cancellation not accepted — perishable goods
  • After dispatch (processed/dry products): Cancellation within 24 hours of receiving — if product seal is intact and undamaged
  • Bulk orders (above ₹5,000): Cancellation requires 48 hours prior notice — 10% cancellation charge may apply

2. Refund — Product Quality Issues

  • Quality complaint to be raised within 24 hours (fresh produce) or 7 days (dry/processed)
  • Photo/video evidence of damaged or substandard goods required
  • FPO team will verify the complaint within 3 working days
  • If complaint valid: replacement product OR full refund — buyer's choice
  • Refund processed within 7–15 working days via original payment method
  • Transport charges for returning goods borne by FPO if complaint is valid

3. Refund — Input Services (Seeds/Fertilizer/Pesticide)

  • Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days with original invoice
  • Defective/expired products: full replacement or refund within 15 days
  • Opened packets cannot be returned unless defect proven
  • Refund processed within 15 working days

4. Membership Share Capital Refund

  • Voluntary exit: Written application to Board with 30 days notice
  • Share capital refund subject to FPO financial position and Board approval
  • Any dues or outstanding amounts will be deducted before refund
  • Refund processed within 60–90 days of Board approval
  • Share transfer to another eligible farmer is preferred over refund
  • No interest paid on share capital upon exit

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration/processing fees for membership
  • Training and workshop fees (if any)
  • Fresh produce once dispatched
  • Custom processed orders (special batches)
  • Transaction charges and taxes already paid to government

6. Refund Process

Procurement Policy

How Mayala FPO purchases produce from member farmers

1. Procurement Objective

To ensure member farmers receive the best possible price for their produce by aggregating supply, reducing middlemen, providing transparent weighing and grading, and linking with government procurement (MSP) and private buyers at fair market rates. Mayala FPO acts as the collective marketing arm of all member farmers.

2. Eligible Produce & Quality Standards

  • Mushroom: Fresh, undamaged, no chemical treatment, harvested within 24 hours
  • Grains (Wheat, Maize, Bajra, Jwar): Cleaned, dried to <12% moisture, free of stones/dust
  • Pulses (Chana, Moong, Toor): Cleaned, graded, uniform size, free from infestation
  • Vegetables: Fresh, no mechanical damage, pesticide residue within FSSAI limits
  • Moringa Leaves: Fresh tender leaves, no yellowing, harvested morning hours
  • FPO may reject produce not meeting quality standards — rejected produce returned to farmer

3. Weighing & Measurement

  • All weighing done on certified, calibrated weighing machines
  • Weighing done in presence of farmer — farmer can verify any time
  • Weighment slip issued to farmer with date, quantity, grade, and rate
  • Any dispute on weight — re-weighing done immediately at farmer's request
  • Bags, containers weight deducted before final payment (tare weight)

4. Pricing Policy

  • MSP crops: Minimum Support Price as declared by Government of India — guaranteed
  • Non-MSP crops: Prevailing market rate + FPO premium (minimum 5% above mandi rate)
  • Mushroom: Rate fixed weekly based on Indore/Bhopal market prices
  • Processed produce: Value-added price after processing cost deduction
  • Price announced before procurement season starts — no mid-season changes

5. Payment Timeline

  • Mushroom (fresh): Payment within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Vegetables: Payment within 3 working days
  • Grains & Pulses: Payment within 7–15 working days after aggregation
  • MSP procurement: As per government payment timeline (usually 3–5 days)
  • Payment via direct bank transfer to farmer's registered account — no cash for amounts above ₹10,000
  • Payment slip/SMS sent after every transaction

6. Transportation & Logistics

Farmers can bring produce to FPO collection point at Village Laxmani office. For bulk quantities (above 500 kg) or for elderly/disabled members, FPO will arrange pickup from farm gate — transport cost to be decided mutually. Loss or damage during FPO-arranged transport is FPO's responsibility.

2. Share Transfer Rules

  • Shares can only be transferred to another eligible farmer member of Mayala FPO

  • Transferee must fulfill all membership eligibility criteria
  • Transfer fee: ₹50 per transfer transaction

3. Nominee Registration

  • Nominee details can be updated any time with written application

4. Dividend Policy

  • Dividend declared annually at Annual General Meeting (AGM) based on net profit
  • Minimum 20% of net profit retained as reserve before dividend declaration
  • Dividend distributed proportionally based on number of shares held
  • Eligibility: Member must have completed minimum 1 year of membership
  • Member must have supplied minimum agreed quantity of produce to FPO during the year
  • Dividend paid within 30 days of AGM declaration via bank transfer
  • No dividend in loss-making years — reserve fund utilized first
  • Dividend income is taxable as per Income Tax Act for the member

5. Profit Distribution Formula

Net Profit after taxes:
→ 20% to General Reserve
→ 10% to Contingency Fund
→ 5% to Member Welfare Fund
→ 65% available for Dividend to shareholders

Board may vary these percentages based on FPO growth requirements — subject to shareholder approval at AGM.

1. Zero Tolerance Statement

Mayala Crop Producer Company Limited maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy against fraud, corruption, bribery, and financial misconduct of any kind. This applies to all Directors, employees, members, vendors, and any person dealing with the FPO. Any substantiated fraud will result in termination and criminal prosecution.

2. What Constitutes Fraud

  • Falsification of weighment records, payment vouchers, or accounts
  • Misappropriation of FPO funds or government grant money (SFAC equity)
  • Accepting or offering bribery in any form — cash, gifts, favors
  • Submitting false claims for government schemes on behalf of farmers
